Experience Manager Startup Job at Everwise (Remote)

This is not a sales or account management role.  Experience Managers work directly with the proteges and mentors in our programs to gain an understanding of what folks want to work on and what they have to offer – and then play a supporting role to ensure great outcomes for mentoring partnerships.  Also note this role is a contract position staffed by one of our strategic partners.

We are a venture-backed startup with big ambitions. We are tackling the $300B career development industry with a unique, data-driven software platform.

Our mission is simple. We connect employees with the people and insights to help them become more productive and successful at every stage of their career.

We have traction. We count dozens of market leaders such as Twitter, Salesforce, eBay, HP, Genentech, Mattel and Merck as enterprise customers. The governments of Brazil and Ireland and Richard Branson’s Virgin Unite are also customers.

We have experience. Our founding team includes Silicon Valley veteran Maynard Webb, Chairman of the Board at Yahoo!, and serial entrepreneur Mike Bergelson who started and led enterprise software company Audium (acquired by Cisco) and ad-tech vendor AdMarketplace.

Even though Everwise is headquartered in New York City with offices in San Francisco and Minneapolis, our Experience Managers can work from the comfort of their own homes!

What We Need From You:

Mentoring Relationship Managers work directly with our program participants to get folks enrolled, matched and supported throughout their mentoring partnerships.

Do you love talking to people?  Do you get excited about helping people realize their dreams (for real)? Do you throw a bit of high powered organization into the mix to keep the trains running on time?
