A Faculty Community Manager at Cengage Learning is a dynamic, results-oriented and analytical central member of the Advocacy Marketing team. With a passion for community development, engagement and results, this hyper-social and highly organized marketer will drive both customer success and business impact. Interacting daily with Cengage’s digital solutions faculty customers, and reporting to the Vice President, Advocacy Marketing, the Community Manager will grow membership, engage and connect customers, identify customer needs, inform, create & deliver content, monitor community activity and report on results, ultimately building Cengage brand loyalty while helping our faculty customers deliver superior learning outcomes for their students.
