As the Regional GM, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business in your region. Working closely with senior management at HQ and regional staff in functional areas including Marketing, Community, and Operations, you will be tasked with developing and executing Farmigo’s growth strategy in the region, managing the regional P&L, and being the primary public-facing voice and face of Farmigo in the region. You will be responsible for identifying the opportunities and challenges of the region and sharing them with the rest of Farmigo’s leadership team. As one of Farmigo’s first Regional General Managers, you will also be actively engaged in the refinement and evolution of the role to achieve maximum accountability and impact. You will be joining a thriving business at a time of rapid and substantial organizational change and growth, so you will need both strong operational management skills as well as a hearty entrepreneurial spirit.
