  • Understand the client’s business (priorities, business levers, audience etc.), objectives, products, marketing strategies, competitors, requirements, operational sensitivities and technical capabilities.
  • Work with current and future clients to maintain and nurture relationships; provide guidance on program strategy and implementation paths as new features and functionality becomes available.
  • Negotiate renewals and other contract terms.  Interpret contract to ensure delivery meets obligations
  • Be a part of a cross-functional team to ensure quality delivery for customers. 
  • Ensure the service exceeds agreed upon service levels. 
  • Continually evaluate application/platform performance in order to further refine existing solutions
  • Provide structured feedback to Product Teams on serviceability, ease of deployment, and customer experience
