OneLane is a mobile tech startup with some innovative tech to help families make life easier. The founder was formerly part of the top management team that built Just Eat, the largest tech IPO in the UK over the last decade.

OneLane offers a ride-scheduling app tailored to kids & families, by using specific drivers and innovative monitoring tech. It is targeting a £9.3 billion market in the UK. OneLane is looking to recruit an experienced senior operations professional to head up its operations, which includes but is not limited to building up its base of contracted drivers, setting up processes to support that ramp up, set up the customer support functions & related processes and systems, innovate with new solutions to business challenges, and generally lead the build up of the company jointly with the CEO and other senior members. The candidate will together with the CEO develop and execute core strategies that will shape the business and put the company on a high-growth path.

With positive initial traction, the candidate will build a strong team to support any & all adhering activities required to ramp up the operational side of the business.

This is a full-time position and based in central London.
