Sales Operations Process Manager (Life Sciences) Startup Job at Flatiron in NYC

Flatiron’s mission is to organize the world’s oncology information and make it useful for patients, physicians, life sciences and researchers. Our team is building a disruptive, oncology-specific software platform that will connect cancer centers across the country on a common technology infrastructure and address key healthcare challenges. Today, the Flatiron Health OncologyCloud™ platform includes the industry-leading electronic medical record for oncology, a first-of-its-kind analytics tool, patient portal, and integrated billing management. Ultimately, our goal is to help cancer centers leverage real-world oncology data, at a scale and clinical depth never before seen, to transform how cancer care is delivered.

Sales Operations is responsible for building business processes, metrics and reporting to help Flatiron’s sales and commercial teams run efficiently and effectively.  These processes will focus primarily on sales automation, sales forecasting, analytics & metrics tracking, and incentive compensation modeling and calculation, CRM adoption, compliance and contracts responses.

As a member of this team, the Sales Operations Manager will partner with teams in our Life Science organization to develop efficient and scalable sales processes, accurate pipeline management and clear commercial best practices. This person needs to understand the needs and priorities of our commercial teams and how they fit into the organization as a whole.
